Last updated: October 2026
Discussionsclearly Heating & Air wants every homeowner who gets in touch to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page lays out the steps to raise a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Accept
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Discussionsclearly Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If Your Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Discussionsclearly Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Steps to File a Complaint
Email contact@discussionsclearly.property and include:
1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Comes Next
First, we will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
